ChrispyWood
In the late 1990's kids were learning HTML to make their own spot on this new World Wide Web thing. Now that I am approaching middle age, I'm jumping on board.
Why Chrispy
I've built a lot of pages and web applications for a lot of people over the years, but this one is just about me. Now, you may ask yourself (this is not my beautiful wife) what kind of egomaniac builds a website about himself - to that I respond, "Why are you reading this garbage?"
When I see the word "crisp," I think of an apple slice. When I hear the word "Chrispy," I think of me.
So, this is about "Chrispy," but I'll dedicate it to the "crispy" out there. I dedicate these pages to potato chips, fried chicken skin, fresh lettuce, kale chips, toast, croutons, autumn leaves, fresh snow crust, thin ice, dry twigs, pine needles, freshly printed paper, new dollar bills, starched shirt collars, burnt toast edges, overcooked bacon, stale crackers, dried-out pizza crust, fried onions, tempura batter, nacho chips, pork rinds, french fries, onion rings, chicharrones, dried earwax, cracked dead skin on heels, brittle fingernails, scabbed wounds, desiccated insect carcasses, old paint chips, rusted metal flakes, cracked drywall, shattered glass shards, dry leaves in gutters, withered flower petals, overbaked cookies, burnt popcorn kernels, stale pretzels, hard candy shells, peanut brittle, dried mud clumps, parched soil crust, sun-baked clay, frost-covered grass blades, icicle tips, charred wood ashes, flake paint from old houses, dried glue drips, cracked leather, desiccated sponge, overfried calamari, burnt cheese crisps, crispy insect legs, molted snake skin, old cereal that's gone soggy then dried, wafer-thin wafers, phyllo dough pastry, puff pastry edges, meringue shells, dried nasal boogers, flaky dandruff, chipped tooth enamel, brittle hair ends, overstarched napkins, crumpled tissue paper, dry ramen noodle bricks, instant noodle scraps, and other crispy things.
